This completely ignores the fundamentals of a successful update. This article provides three key steps to reduce your reliance on the algorithm.
What is the algorithm?
LinkedIn's algorithm is a set of rules that determines whether, and if so, how much, and whatsapp data to whom, your updates are shown in the timeline. It's the ultimate black box. No one, outside of a limited number of LinkedIn stakeholders, knows exactly how the system works. And based on our behavior (data) and new features, the set of rules is constantly being adjusted. What works today could be outdated tomorrow.
Because of its reach, it's very interesting to know what influences the algorithm. But with all the attention focused on the "tricks," we sometimes forget what truly matters: good content. Consistently apply the following three steps, and you'll have much less time to think about how the algorithm works.
Ensure relevance
The most important thing for your next update: know who you're writing it for. Or who you're making the video for. Know your target audience. Make sure your message resonates with them.

Therefore, you start by properly identifying your target audience(s). What are the common characteristics of this group (age, job title, region)? What motivates them? And what do they find important? What information do they need on LinkedIn? In short: when are you relevant as a sender?
