Nowadays, if we talk about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in a complex environment with the Internet, social networks and the changes that a global market is causing, it is necessary to talk about Business Intelligence or an analytical layer, what we call Customer Intelligence, which is capable of converting all the huge amount of information about our clients or data that CRM provides us with into useful knowledge, which allows the creation of appropriate strategies and which generates competitive advantages for us.

But why is customer intelligence necessary?
