He is a civil engineer and a young entrepreneur. With the aim of making real estate investment easier for Africans, he co-founded the startup Keble, of which he is the CEO.
Emmanuel Oballa (pictured) is a co-founder and CEO of the startup Keble. Originally from Nigeria, he attended university there, specifically at the University of Lagos, where he earned a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering in 2020. He also holds a certificate in digital marketing from Google in 2018.
His startup, Keble, founded in 2020, is a fintech company that provides young Africans, both in their home countries and abroad, with accessible and affordable real estate options. Its goal is to make the benefits of real estate iran mobile database accessible to all by creating a safe and stable way for Africans to confidently grow their wealth.
More specifically, the Keble platform connects its users with the best real estate investment options available on the global market, enabling them to successfully save, invest, and diversify their portfolios. The startup is one of 12 selected for the inaugural class of the ARM Labs Lagos Techstars Accelerator, a Lagos-based program focused on building early-stage proptech and fintech startups across Africa.
“ We offer you real estate assets in dollars with a fixed price, and we give you confidence. With Keble, you can know everything about your property, from its location to its performance. Keble also has partnerships and managers on different continents, so its international assets are well maintained ,” Emmanuel Oballa said in March 2023.
“ We have a good relationship with the UK developers’ body, for example, which allows us to have consistent communication. We receive reports, documentation, updates, and first-hand information on properties and new investment opportunities ,” he adds.
Emmanuel Oballa has been the Program Director of the Connected Development (CODE) campus since 2018. His professional career began in 2013 at House of Chi (better known as Chivita), a manufacturing company responsible for the production of juices, dairy and health products, pharmaceuticals, and more, where he was a member of the quality assurance staff.
From January to April 2018, he was the Director of Program Management at Enpact Initiative, a pioneering student community at the University of Lagos dedicated to entrepreneurship development and career enrichment. From July 2018 until the inception of Keble, he was a real estate consultant at RealtyPro Investment Global Limited, a real estate firm.
