What is DMARC?
DMARC stands for Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance. It allows senders to define a policy for their respective domains on what the recipient should do when an SPF and/or DKIM error argentina whatsapp number data 5 million occurs. DMARC also verifies whether the message header aligns with the SPF and DKIM Header-FROMchecks . Domain owners can also receive aggregate or forensic reports from the receiving service, which list a summary of DMARC results for their domain. This allows domain owners to make the necessary changes to let legitimate senders through or see where malicious emails may be coming from.

If DMARC checks fail, based on the sending domain's policy, the message is either quarantined in its spam folder or rejected outright. When DMARC is implemented on the recipient side, users are protected from phishing, spoofing, and other types of spam emails.
Mailfence now implements DMARC sender policy
To ensure that Mailfence users can also benefit from the anti-spoofing and anti-phishing benefits of DMARC, among others, we have decided to start implementing the DMARC sender policy.
