In support of the international #stayhome movement, the drinking water brand "Svyatoy Istochnik" (Holy Spring) launched a family marathon for spending time together, #HomeSportik. Famous athletes—Olympic champions, football players, and coaches, including Alexandra Gerasimenya, Anastasia Mironchik, and Ksenia Sankovich—joined the marathon. A dedicated account was created for the marathon, where sports challenges and mini-workouts were posted over the course of two weeks. Results were encouraged to be shared on Stories. Everyone who joined the marathon before April 12 received a week's supply of water.

How to use:
Even if no one has challenged you to a relay race, go first. Film a live video with your employees or even clients—even if it's shot on a phone, with less-than-perfect lighting and sound, but at least it's authentic. Perfection takes a backseat to sincerity.
Consider how you can tie contest or interactive mechanics to your product or service. The connection doesn't have to be direct: for example, if you sell home goods, you could ask followers to share their favorite home entertainment, while a cafe or restaurant could easily host a contest like "recreate your favorite menu item in your own kitchen."
You can also establish a connection to the information field with a prize. Let the mechanics align with your brand's theme, and let the gift be useful (a week's supply of hand sanitizer, a cute knitted face mask) or funny (the "Chronicles of the Pandemic" book series).
