June to August: Summer. Very high temperatures and intense heat. It's also high season, so the city is more crowded, but the days are longer.
September to November: Autumn but still ideal for exploring the city.
December to February: Winter. The cold is intense and there may even be snow when winter reaches its peak.
DOCUMENTATION
Passport: Your passport must expire more than five months after your entry telegram data into Istanbul.
Visa: Brazilian travelers do not need a visa and can stay in the country in this condition for a maximum of 90 days.
EXCHANGE
The country's currency is the Turkish lira, and the current exchange rate is 1 lira = R$0.73. Furthermore, the cost in the country is moderate and quite affordable for Brazilians, thus making Turkey a much cheaper European country than others.
When exchanging currency, it's best to take euros rather than reais, as the conversion rate is more advantageous.
To give you an idea, our costs for two people on a day and a half trip were US$250.00, including accommodation.
