How to Check Your iPhone’s Data Usage
Apple makes it easy to monitor your data usage directly from the iPhone:

Go to Settings

Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data

Scroll down to view Current Period usage

This section displays how much data each general manager email list app has consumed. It’s important to note that “Current Period” does not reset automatically each month, so you’ll need to manually reset it at the beginning of your billing cycle.

To reset data statistics:

Scroll to the bottom of the Cellular section.

Tap Reset Statistics.

Top iPhone Apps That Use the Most Data
Some apps are notorious for consuming large amounts of cellular data:

YouTube & Netflix: Video streaming in HD can eat up 1GB per hour.

Instagram & TikTok: Auto-playing videos and stories use significant data.

Spotify & Apple Music: Especially when streaming high-quality audio.

Video calling apps like FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp.

Keeping these apps in check is key to reducing overall data usage.

Here are several ways to cut down on iPhone cellular data use:

1. Enable Low Data Mode
This feature reduces background activity and automatic updates.

Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Low Data Mode.

2. Limit Background App Refresh
Prevent apps from updating in the background.
