Omar Cissé (pictured), the founder and CEO of InTouch SA, is a renowned Senegalese entrepreneur in the African financial technology world. A graduate of the École Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar, where he earned a degree in computer design engineering in 2000, he also holds a master's degree in business administration from the Institut Supérieur de Management in Senegal in 2007.

Founded in 2014, InTouch SA is a financial technology company that provides a mobile payment platform for financial transactions in Africa. The company provides innovative technology that manages all of its cyprus mobile database ' transactional needs securely, efficiently, and easily.

In 2001, he co-founded 2SI, a software engineering services company specializing in software engineering and automation, which he led from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, he launched and led CTIC Dakar, Senegal's first incubator and accelerator for entrepreneurs in information and communication technologies and mobile technologies, until 2013.
