For reference, we're talking about an XML sitemap here , not an HTML sitemap.
If you're submitting a request for an existing site and want to see the new URLs indexed as quickly as possible, you've probably already submitted a sitemap.
But once you add the sitemap, you might be surprised to find that you can't actually go into the new Search Console and "resubmit" it.
Google does not check the sitemap every time a site is crawled. The sitemap is only checked the first time we detect it, and then only when you ping us to let us know. Make sure you only ping or send the sitemap to Google when you have just created or updated the sitemap, respectively, and not when no changes have been made to it.
— Google Search Console Help
The good news is that if you use a platform like WordPress thailand telegram data combined with an SEO plugin, your sitemap will be automatically updated and submitted to Google when you publish a new page or post.
If you are not using WordPress, or another CMS where the sitemap automatically pings Google when it is updated, you can use the "ping" function to enable this feature.
Send an HTTP GET request like this:
Please note that your XML sitemap must be referenced in your site's robots.txt file.
