Support and Interface

While it won’t replace a dedicated website building platform like WordPress or Squarespace any time soon, it’s still a potentially useful tool for some users, especially solopreneurs or small businesses.

And the good news is that, unlike many other Mailchimp features, it’s available on all plans, even the free one.

Finally, there is support to consider. GetResponse was a clear winner in this department, as they offered phone, live chat, and email support, while Mailchimp only offered email or live chat support.

However, GetResponse recently discontinued phone saudi arabia phone number list support — on all plans except the business-level “Max” offering — so both products now provide a similar level of support on their most affordable plans. Mailchimp also provides phone support on its most expensive offering (the $299+ “Premium” plan).

If phone support is a real issue for you, you might want to check out Aweber, one of the few email marketing products that still includes it at an affordable rate. (For more details, check out our Aweber review.)

In terms of quality of support, I have a more personal experience with GetResponse support than Mailchimp: I've found it to be reasonably good, with low wait times for chat support.

However, my experience with GetResponse email support could have been better: when I've used them in the past, there's been more back and forth and slower issue resolution.
