EFPC professionals in the application of effective tools

Registration is now open for the course “Efficiency and Strategy: Methodologies that Transform Management in EFPC”, promoted by UniAbrapp. The training will be held on February 12th and 13th, in an online and live format, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The classes will be led by specialist Cristina Schimidt and grant 4 credits in the ICSS PEC.
The course aims to train EFPC managers and professionals to apply effective diagnostic, planning and strategic execution tools. Bringing a practical and dynamic approach, the training aims to prepare students to identify scenarios, structure clear actions and implement continuous improvements in operational processes.
