It's important to clarify what you mean by "Bitcoin address database download" because of the way Bitcoin works.

Bitcoin does not have a central database of all deepcoin database addresses in the traditional sense, for a fundamental reason:

Addresses are generated locally: Bitcoin addresses are generated by users' wallets locally, often on-the-fly, from public keys derived from their private keys. An address doesn't get "registered" anywhere until it appears as an output in a transaction on the blockchain.
Addresses are not explicitly stored in the blockchain: The blockchain stores transactions. Each transaction has inputs and outputs. The outputs send Bitcoin to specific addresses (or, more accurately, to a "locking script" that is redeemed by the recipient's public key hash, which corresponds to their address). The blockchain doesn't contain a separate list of all addresses ever created, or all addresses that currently hold a balance.
