What will change for companies?

Big changes for companies were announced at the Facebook Developers Congress, which was held in recent days (April 12 and 13). The innovations presented, many of which had actually been rumored for quite some time, will determine profound changes in the next 10 years in the way customers and companies communicate. Zuckerberg presented a roadmap that aims at the progressive connection of everyone with everyone and in this future we will also find new rules of communication.

Much, if not everything, will change. The Business-Customer approach, which has already been in favor of the latter for several years (we talk about it in this article), will be increasingly defined by the needs of the customer .
