Dashboards can be sent periodically by email in PDF format. To do this, click on the 'Email' button above your dashboard.

Tip: Under 'Advanced options' change the 6 months to 12 months. This will prevent your dashboard from automatically stopping after 6 months.

Share Google Analytics dashboards
It is quite a lot of work to put together a nice and good dashboard. Especially if you do not have much experience with Google Analytics. Fortunately, Google Analytics offers the possibility to share dashboards with each other. A dashboard can be copied to another Google Analytics account with the push of a button. Click on one of the links below to add the dashboard directly to your Google Analytics account:

Google Analytics Dashboard Limitations

You can't really show in a dashboard whether you are on track with your website. Suppose you generate leads via your website and your goal is to generate 50 leads per month, then you can't use an indicator to show whether you are on track.
You cannot add comments to widgets to explain statistics or report goals.
You cannot make Google Analytics dashboards public. It is oman phone data very useful for management if they can go directly to the dashboard with a link to view the statistics.
Google Analytics dashboards can be exported to PDF and sent periodically by email. However, this is far from ideal. The dashboards often look very messy in the PDF.
Google Analytics only allows you to place a maximum of twelve widgets on a dashboard. This can be limiting in some situations.
Create Analytics Dashboards with DashThis
The best solution to the above drawbacks that I have come across so far is DashThis . DashThis lets you set your organization’s goals and see if you are on track, comment on widgets, and share your dashboard via a single link (handy for managers). You can also put up to 30 widgets on a single dashboard. And let’s be honest, DashThis just looks great. The result can look like this.

With DashThis you can not only create dashboards of Google Analytics statistics, but also of your AdWords account or Facebook statistics (Facebook Insights). DashThis is not free, but you can try it for free for 15 days . Recommended.
