This morning, Epsilon Technologies presented a study that compiles the Top-910 brands on social media in Spain 2022 in an online meeting. The results are based on the analysis of the social media activity ( Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and YouTube ) of 910 brands and concludes that KFC Spain, the fast food chain specializing in chicken , is the leading brand in interactions in our country.
Daniel Dévai, CEO of Epsilon Technologies, hosted the webinar, which was also attended by Kerman Romeo, Head of Fame of KFC Spain and Portugal, and Beatriz Martínez , Brand Manager of the brand.
Compared to last year, total hong kong phone number data interactions in Spain have increased by 23.5% according to this analysis, exceeding 300 million. Virality has also grown (+19.4%) and total activity in general on social networks (+14.2%).
KFC achieved a total of 113 million social media interactions last year, reaching almost 29% share. Of the total interactions, 71 million were on TikTok. Twitter and Instagram are positioned as the next most important networks.
Three out of 10 interactions on all social networks are from the KFC brand, a figure that Kerman Romeo considers “an outrage.” “We are very happy, it is an impressive figure because it speaks of the effectiveness .”
For Beatriz Martínez, one of the keys is “ active listening ” and she insists that teamwork between the agency and the advertiser is essential.
Other brands that appear on Epsilon Technologies' panel of top brands on social networks include Carrefour, Druni, Red Bull , PC Componentes and Dia, among others.

Under the slogan "From brand to influencer" , Romeo and Martínez have explained the keys to KFC's success, which has known how to move like a fish in water on social networks and has managed to create a large community of followers and fans.
" You have to think like a user and not like a brand . If we look at social media from a brand-centric perspective, we'll be giving out content that's not interesting. KFC's content is objectively entertaining," he explained. "Part of success lies not in reaching the public well but in reaching it quickly."
