ProTool Shop is constantly working to rank their sites for the most relevant keywords they have identified, but they still rank at the bottom of page two. Their top three competitors have taken the top five positions, and the remaining space is occupied by sites like Wikipedia, Amazon, eBay, etc.

A few other sites have taken over the featured snippets and “people also ask” section. Despite being in the industry for so long, much newer companies are taking the top positions.

Give them numbers
This section of your proposal requires maximum customization. It will consume email marketing list the majority of the time you spend writing the proposal. This section should showcase all the SEO information you have gathered about a potential client’s website. This makes you look like a trustworthy and credible agency for taking the time to monitor performance and write a proper SEO strategy for the client’s target audience.

It's imperative to include all of this data in your SEO proposal in the report form.
