Chapter II
They were in a small, dark room, lit by a bare light bulb hanging from the ceiling. On the somewhat rickety table that took up most of one wall, there was a pile of equipment and computer supplies. At the back of the room, a door opened and a small group of very excited people began to emerge.
“I think I’ll finally be able to use the computer in the workshop,” said a man of about 35 to a slightly younger woman. “With these workshops by Ramón, we are certainly beginning to understand how to use brazil phone number library in our businesses. The last of the group was a young man in his early twenties, with a glow in his eyes and an energy that was contagious to everyone else. Ramón realized that it was him. “Please, everyone, listen to me,” said young Ramón. “If you don’t mind, now that you know how to use email, I would appreciate it if you would write down your address on this sheet that I am going to pass around to you. If it is okay with you, I will send you information that may be useful for your business to that email and I will keep you informed of other free talks like this one that I will give in the future.” Ramón passed a sheet of paper and a pencil to the person who was closest. “Also, I can tell you that tomorrow our new website, www.compaware.es, will finally be ready. There you will be able to find the Excel spreadsheet templates and the Word documents that we have seen today, and I will also be posting more useful information and resources.”
“Do you remember this moment?” Steve asked Ramon. “How different everything was, wasn’t it?”
“Of course,” Ramon said. “I was stupid. I could have charged them a pretty penny for this training instead of doing it for free. I don’t know what I was thinking at the time.”

"And what did I earn from that?" he replied. "I worked all day and barely earned enough to cover my own expenses."
“Do you recognize that girl?” Steve said. “It’s Alicia from Clientalia. You signed your first maintenance contract that day and you’ve been together all these years.”
