If there's one thing we like about HubSpot, it's that it's always creating new features to make our work more efficient. And November was no exception. Here's a compilation of the most interesting HubSpot releases for your day-to-day business.
New features in the HubSpot iOS app:
You can now manually record that you've sent an SMS, LinkedIn message, WhatsApp message, or email in the HubSpot iOS app. This feature was already launched on the web earlier this year.
Share call recording clips with your team:
Not only that, but you can also trim them, add a message and send them to list of telegram users in italy different recipients in order to highlight the most important part of a recording.
Easier organization in payment tools configuration:
In the past, users often had difficulty configuring the payment tool due to the lack of clear and obvious labels and language. After a relocation of the elements, finding the configuration options will be easier for customers.
Automatic associations for incoming calls:
Now all incoming calls that match a single contact or company record will be automatically associated with that CRM record. This means you no longer have to manually locate or associate incoming calls with the corresponding CRM records. What do you need to do to implement this? Nothing! It's already integrated into the platform so you don't run the risk of call data not being classified correctly.
Removing ads from the analytics tool:
This was a feature that was created when Ads was launched as a tool within the HubSpot suite. However, this button is rarely used by customers as they have grown accustomed to finding metrics directly in the Ads app. As of December 12, 2022, this tool will be removed and going forward, users will be able to find these reports in the Analyze Ads tab.
Recommends guides based on contact or ticket property values:
The ability to recommend how-to guides based on the value of the 'Stage' property in deal records has recently been introduced . This new feature prevents reps from wasting time searching for the right guide.
