Why choose enKod ?
enKod is a flexible and versatile tool with less stress. enKod is suitable for both large companies with complex tasks and beginners who are looking for a tool with a clear interface. With us, there is less stress, especially with the ability to change links in the letter after sending, as well as create and view statistics by segments.
enKod has a fast-responding, embracing support team . Each client has their own personal manager who responds to requests within 15 minutes. Our support is always there: training, answering questions, helping with settings - at no extra charge.
enKod helps with migration . When people move to us from another platform, the support manager helps transfer the mechanics. This is especially relevant now =)
enKod is growing rapidly and improving its functionality to meet customer requests . We officially launched the platform in March 2022. During this time, we have added a lot of cool functionality: RFM analysis, correspondence with clients via WhatsApp directly in the platform, integration with amoCRM and much more. If the client lacks functionality, we improve it upon request. The platform is updated every 2 weeks. Subscribe to our TG channel to stay informed about new implementations.
I recommend you study the platform's functionality in more detail to make sure it suits you. Contact our hugging support to see everything in action and ask any questions you may have =)
So, let's look step by step at how to switch from another platform to enKod.
Step 1: Preparing for the move
Export all customer data from the current mongolia business email list platform: subscriber base, segments, campaigns, email templates, reports, etc. Make sure you have a backup of all data. Think about and plan the upcoming warm-up of the domain on the new platform, more on this later.
Check your subscriber base – delete inactive or outdated addresses to eliminate the risk of low deliverability. If you are not sure about the relevance of your base, you can launch reactivation chains , with the help of which you will understand how interesting your mailings are to your audience and how “live” it is.
Record all processes: what mechanics are used, what mailing groups are created, etc. This will make it easier to track so as not to lose anything or anyone. These could be abandoned mechanics, for example, or other scenarios .
Already at this stage, our hugging support will be with you and will tell you all the nuances to make the task of moving a little easier =)
Step 2. Setting up an account in enKod
Perform the initial setup. To do this:
Import your subscriber base, define the data structure, additional fields or data tables that you will use to store the data .
Distribute your database into appropriate mailing groups, create segments of your potential and existing customers or other segments that you are used to working with in the previous platform.
Set up key communication scenarios: welcome chain, abandoned mechanics or reactivation.
Transfer all the settings and mechanics that brought greater efficiency, and our support will make sure that everything goes correctly.
Set up integrations. We have ready-made integrations with amoCRM, SMS providers: SMS Center, SMS Traffic or Devino Telecom, Tilda and other services. To integrate with your services, you need to make friends with our API - it is open. All enKod functions have their own API method, this is described in detail in our API documentation . You can find more information in our Knowledge Base .
For more information on setting up an account, see the enKod Knowledge Base .
Step 3. Getting Started with enKod
Send test mailings. Send several test mailings to check the platform and adapt to the tools. Pay attention to the deliverability of letters, the correct display of templates and the operation of automations.
Warm up your domain and IP address. This is important for a good reputation with email providers. This article tells you how to do warm up correctly .
Study the analytics. Look at the report on your mailings/recommendations/sales, evaluate the deliverability of letters. Compare how much the indicators differ from those that were before. Check the work of UTM tags and integrations with your systems.

Step 4. Monitor and improve
Monitor the reports. In the first weeks after the transition, it is especially important to carefully monitor the metrics of scenarios / pop-ups / recommendations. If problems arise, it will be much faster and less expensive to resolve them if you notice them early.
Optimize your marketing strategies. Use automated mailing scenarios, segment your base based on RFM analysis, add a recommendation/pop-up block to your website, and dynamic content for personalization.
Share your wishes for improving the platform. Contact our hugging support if you need to improve the functionality for your tasks. We take into account the wishes of our customers and make enKod better =)
Conclusion
enKod is a flexible tool with a clear interface, which is very important: you will not need to spend weeks learning the platform. A couple of days will be enough, and for experienced specialists, a couple of hours to understand what's what and start working.
