I then like to have monitoring meetings with vendors (after signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement) to learn more about whether they are an organization that meets my needs. During monitoring, I focus on many different things. First, I wanted to get a feel for the quality of agents they have. Are they professional, do they seem skilled and knowledgeable, do they represent their brand well, are they reading a script or carrying on a conversation? This is the most important thing.

This is your last chance to make sure all of those boxes are indeed ticked to achieve a successful partnership.
