How does Ethena's synthetic dollar work in USD?
USDe is a synthetic dollar backed by crypto assets (stETH, Bitcoin , Solana ) and corresponding perpetual futures positions. It works with a delta-hedging strategy; long positions are taken in spot assets and short positions in futures positions are opened to balance price fluctuations.
