In numerous interviews with buyers of second homes and holiday homes from the UK, USA, Switzerland and Germany, we found that most of them have problems finding and purchasing top quality properties abroad. Not only that, but the illusion of owning a holiday home on the coast often fails to meet expectations.

a. Prepare the ground
Finding your dream home will be the first ebay database important step in buying a property.
