The problem is then partially solved by the sitemap of the site and by browsing through similar products. But the SEO error is extremely evident thanks to Google's cache.
Google Cache and Ecommerce Display According to a Robot
In another case study I recently covered, there was a site that suddenly lost traffic to its dealer listings. The dealer pages weren’t gone, but they were no longer generating traffic .
Again, the cache display showed how Google was unable to load the retailers' homepage due to a series of javascripts that favored the user-side loading of retailers progressively.
In fact, the retailers' pages had been left without peru phone number incoming links and, although they had not disappeared from Google's indexes, they had lost importance and therefore the traffic they produced was in sharp decline. Google's Search Console , moreover, did not report the impossibility of loading the page.
#3 Establish Instant PageRank
On January 12, 2007, Aaron Wall, founder of SEO Book, published a very interesting article entitled “Cache Date as the New Google PageRank” .
In the post, Aaron pointed out that the infrequent updating of PageRank displays has led to Google's cache date being the best measure of the authority of a particular page or site . Aaron's point was simple: the pages that Google visits frequently, spending significant resources to update them, are the resources that Google considers important .
Wanting to support Aaron Wall's study, in 2015 I created a small test monitoring 30 sites and detecting the Google cache date for their Home Page (10 detections at different times for a week).
